DeliverEarly provides an AI-powered supply chain management platform including order management, workflow automation, partner collaboration, and reporting tools. Features and availability may change as we improve the platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DeliverEarly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DeliverEarly are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the content you upload or create within the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

DeliverEarly is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of AI-generated content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
